What we offer
Design
Our designers will listen to your thoughts, ideas, preferences, and needs before developing the perfect landscape and/or building plan for your site. This includes delivery of digital and/or physical design plans, including specifications, measurements, and materials for the entire project.
Landscape Installation
Landscape installation is available through BRD’s sister company, KMR Masonry and Landscape. KMR has been building and installing landscapes for more than 20 years, with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. Click here to learn more.
Project Oversight
If you choose to have another installation or construction company build your custom new BRD design, we can stay on the project in a supervisory capacity. As your project managers, we’ll make sure everything is completed exactly the way it should be.

what to expect

A phone consultation with a designer will help us determine how well BRD fits with your project. Once you’re an official BRDesign client, you will meet with your designer and have a thorough discussion about what would make the perfect space for you. Your site will be measured, and then your designer will get to work on your custom design.

Your designer will have your initial design to you in 2-4 weeks. You’ll have a phone consultation sometime in the next week to go over any edits you’d like made or problems you see with the initial design. Our design packages include two editing rounds, with additional edits for a fee. We want you to be 100% happy with your design before we move on to the next step.

If you’ve chosen to have our sister company, KMR Masonry and Landscape, install your project, we’ll work closely with you for the entirety of your project until completion.
We also offer project management services, which can help ensure your project is executed exactly the way you want it, no matter who you choose for building or installation.
